Jess Roncarati-Howe works hard to ensure that the Chamber runs smoothly forward. She oversees both the office and Accelerator Program, which houses start-up small businesses and the Chicopee Police Substation. Jess plans out the annual calendar (with much input from volunteers) and the budget, coordinates our Corporate Leadership, and plans for programming and strategic initiatives. She is also the voice of the Chamber at both events and in print. Perhaps most importantly, Jess collaborates with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers and local leaders to ensure that the Chamber is increasingly relevant and impactful as a resource for the business community. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Elms College and a Master's degree in nonprofit management and philanthropy with a concentration in fundraising from Bay Path University. In addition to her Chamber work, she serves as president of the board of The AIDS Foundation of Western MA and secretary of the board of the Galaxy Community Council. She is a member of the Business West 40 Under Forty Class of 2012, and graduated from Leadership Pioneer Valley in 2017.
